Situated in a quiet old neighborhood just a 20‑minute walk from the city center of Rijeka, this creative sanctuary invites you to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. The studio is located inside my ancestral family home, built in 1869, a place where painter Josip Moretti Zajc once lived and created.
Where vineyards once stretched across the hillside, and rustic stables stood beneath the windows, today you’ll find a peaceful garden, birdsong, and a warm welcome from a local host who grew up among these stones.
This is not just a workshop — it’s a slowcation experience rooted in heritage, nature, and creativity.
