Welcome to Ars Mea Studio, a hidden creative retreat set inside my ancestral family home, built in 1869. Once a place where painter Josip Moretti Zajc lived and created, the property was surrounded by vineyards, rustic stables, and a small tavern.

Today, although we are only a 20‑minute walk from the city center (5 minutes by car, close to bus stops and nearby apartments), the atmosphere here feels worlds away — peaceful greenery, birdsong, and the warm presence of a local host who knows every stone of this old neighborhood.

This space carries the soul of the past while offering an intimate, modern, and calming environment for anyone seeking to slow down, reconnect, and create something meaningful.

What We Offer — 3 Hours of Pure Creative Relaxation

Our VIP Creative Workshops are designed for solo travelers, small groups, and digital nomads who want an authentic local experience, a moment of peace, and a unique handmade souvenir to take home.
